Q: Syntax Error?

A: If you connect with correct WordPress Address then please ask your hosting support increase max_execution_time(PHP time limit) of your server to 300, deactivate WP Smush, and Cache plugin if you have installed them before pushing products.

Q: Error: #xxx is an invalid image ID. [woocommerce_product_invalid_image_id]?

A: Please deactivate your W3 Total Cache plugin while pushing products.

Q: “Error: cURL error 35: gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS fatal alert has been received…”?

A: Manual create API key from your WordPress admin > WooCommerce > Settings > API > Keys/Apps > Add key, set permission is Read/Write, pasted Keys to Ezusy Settings > General, click SAVE button and then try again.

Q: “Error: API is disabled”?

A: Please go to your WordPress admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Legacy API > Enable the legacy REST API and then try again

Q: I cannot import products from Aliexpress to Ezusy, is chrome extension not working?

A: Please go to your Chrome Settings > Advanced > Content Settings > Cookies, Popup and add these address below in Allow field

[*.]ezusy.com
Deactivate all your Chrome extension except Ezusy, close, reopen Chrome and then try again
